In September 2016 Alastair made the first trip out to meet with Don Aldemar Guzman, the farmer who produces the award winning fine flavor cacao beans.

Satisfyingly chocolatey with fruity notes of dark cherry and blackcurrants. Particularly good with a vintage red wine or port. Via our partners at Gran Colombia we are able to work closely with Aldemar Guzman to produce the best results from his cacao.
