Cocoa beans were processed in full, together with the shell and fruit pulp. The chocolate thus obtained is richer in aromas and dietary fibers. Along with the powerful cocoa and fruity aromas, biscuits and prunes are also present. The cocoa shell contains higher amounts of minerals that are taken up from the soil. Rózsavölgyi Csokoládé used organic, washed Madagascan beans to make this chocolate.
