This bar is made from a rare criollo cocoa bean that is grown in the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar. The harvest of these rare criollo cacao bean is only 2 tons per year.

Due to the unique fermentation and careful processing, the mild character of the criollo – creamy coffee aroma – is complemented by the sweet and sour taste of the fresh cocoa pulp and it’s special light colour is reminiscent of a milk chocolate.
