Ingemann Cacao offers a wide range of bean varietals, 3 with single region designations. The star of our bars is O’Payo™, organic single region cocoa from a certified co-op near the Bosawas Natural Reserve in the northern mountains of Nicaragua. This terroir translates to a broad array of flavors, especially when combined with milk.

Taste notes: milky-smooth like a ganache or fudge with hints of dried cherries and walnuts.
