Using the finest cacao, and a modern take on traditional European technique, Dick Taylor Chocolate is able to fully realize the potential of the beans they source. All of their chocolate is carefully crafted from the bean in their small factory in Northern California.

Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor are co-owners of Dick Taylor Chocolate. They have collaborated with their alma mater to create this ‘Special Edition’ bar featuring a blend of cacao from Brazil and Madagascar paired with the savory flavors of sliced almonds toasted with olive oil and sea salt.

A portion of the sales directly benefit Humboldt State students.
