What’s special about raw chocolate? For raw chocolate, cocoa beans are used that are minimally processed and roasted at low temperatures to maximize the antioxidants and complex flavors of natural cocoa beans.
The 100% raw chocolate was used for this bar and combined with sturdy pieces of raw cocoa nibs. This is probably the bar where you can taste the intense natural cocoa beans the most.
